Prior to the training, all team members receive a questionnaire that helps to understand their satisfaction, cooperation and individual contributions to the team. This awareness lays the foundation for interactive training sessions, where we work together to strengthen team dynamics and create a trusting work environment.
Upon completion of the team building sessions, I go through several individual sessions with each team member to maintain the results achieved and integrate them into their daily functioning.
